Requirements are:

1. Updated resume
2. Photocopy of TOR and Diploma
3. Photocopy of IVT, BLS/ ACLS Certificates (updated) 
4. Board rating certificate
5. PRC license
6. 80% and above board rating (*entry level)
7. 2-3 years of working experience in special areas (* experienced staff nurse)
